To cancel your subscription, please provide us with the following documents in full, preferably by email to erben@gvl.de. If you would prefer to send your documents by mail, you will find our mailing address at the bottom of the page (IMPORTANT – please do not send original documents, only copies):

• a simple copy of the death certificate
• a simple copy of a certificate of inheritance (grant of probate), or a will
• a simple copy of the ID/passport of all heirs
• a written notice of termination signed by all heirs, stating the name of the deceased, the GVL ID or contract number
