Rights holders and GVL
Rights holders in the GVL sense are performers and producers who hold neighborung rights to recorded artistic achievements. The GVL represents the secondary exploitation rights of these groups and collects money from users such as pubs, radio stations or device manufacturers. GVL distributes the money it collects to the rights holders.
