General agreements
With regard to Art. 35 Collecting Societies Act GVL has concluded the following inclusive agreements with associations of users in respect oft he rights it manages.

General agreement GEMA
Information on GEMA's general agreements can be found here. The GEMA tariffs for public broadcasting also apply to the tariffs published by GVL that refer to the GEMA tariffs.
Representation agreements
With regard to Art. 44 Collecting Societies Act GVL has concluded the following inclusive agreements with other collecting societies.
These are:
- Collection agreement with GEMA for the remuneration for public performance
- Collection agreement for ZPÜ with GEMA, VG Wort, GÜFA, GWFF, VG Bild-Kunst, VFF, TWF and VGF for the remuneration for private copying, Art. 53 Abs. 1-3 UrhG in Art. 54, 54a, 54b, 54e and 54 f UrhG3.
- Collection agreement for ZBT with GEMA, VG Wort, GÜFA, GWFF, VG Bild-Kunst, VFF, VG Musikedition and VGF for the remuneration for lending Art. 27 Abs. 2 und 3 UrhG4.
- Collection agreement for ZVV with GEMA, VG Wort, GÜFA, GWFF, VG Bild-Kunst, VFF and VGF for the remuneration for rental Art. 27 Abs. 1 UrhG
