Do I get a notification if the report has been verified or rejected?

Your reports will be checked by us and if we have any queries about your reports, we will contact you directly by e-mail.

In the separate section for submitted extra formats, you can view the current status of your reports. We always process reports first whose remuneration is due for the next final distribution. As usual, you can find the remunerated contributions in the detailed reports for the final distribution of the respective distribution year. The product numbers in these reports always begin with “EF” for “extra formats.”

Please understand, however, that we are unable to provide you with separate updates on the interim processing status.
