You can find your detailed reports in meine.gvl under your profile icon in the ‘My Documents’ selection. These are only available if your works have been used.

Your representation agreement is currently only available in the portal under ‘My Documents’ if you have concluded it online within the last 3 years. Older representation agreements or those concluded by other means are not currently available in the portal. Either you already have a copy in your records, or you can request a copy or a “membership confirmation” by email at: kuenstlervertrag@gvl.de. If we receive your request shortly before the deadline, we cannot guarantee that it will be processed in time. Therefore, please contact us in good time.
