Untraceable performers
If revenues cannot be distributed because the rightsholders are unknown to GVL or cannot be contacted, GVL as a collective management organisation is obliged to publish specific details pursuant to Section 29 (3) of the Verwertungsgesellschaftengesetz (VGG, Collecting Societies' Act).
We hereby make available:
- Information regarding rightsholders who moved to an unknown address and can not be located
- Information regarding deceased rightsholders where no legal successor could be determined
- Information regarding rightsholders whose data is incomplete
