Changes in the performer portal: artsys.gvl becomes my.gvl

Today, the performer portal my.gvl goes online. Bit by bit, the entire notification process for entitled performers will be improved and simplified there, including contribution notifications, evidence requests, payout notifications and detailed reports/statements.

Our members can use the new function “open cases” now! On top of that, due to modernised procedures, contribution notifications can be handled more quickly and efficiently in a partly automated verification process.

As soon as entitled performers registered at http://my.gvl.de using their usual artsys login details, they will be automatically redirected to the new home page of my.gvl.

You can access the portal tour and various video tutorials in the “help” section. Enjoy!
