Forwarding of international funds to producers

The funds for this round of distributions originate from Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Ireland, Spain, the USA and the UK, and once again include payments from the MTV broadcasting group for the broadcast of music videos.

“With this first transfer, we are starting the new year on a positive note,” says Dirk Löwenberg, Head of Rights Holder Services for Producers & Event Organisers. “Furthermore, we were recently able to conclude the first new reciprocal agreement of the year for our producers, this time with India,” adds Löwenberg. “With agreements now being added on a regular basis, GVL is gradually expanding the scope of its international rights management for its rights holders.”

The mandate extension is already available at label.gvl.
