Performers: Final distribution 2022 started

GVL is distributing approximately 25.8 million euros as part of the final distribution for the 2022 usage year. This brings the total payouts for the 2022 usage year to 94.8 million euros. A total of 188,950 performing artists who reported their contributions to used productions by the deadline will benefit from the distribution. 

With this final distribution, GVL has fully completed the distribution process for the 2022 usage year. All funds available for this year, including the provisions set aside, have thus been paid out to the rights holders.

Notes on payout notifications 

We will notify performers who receive a payout by email as soon as a current payout notification is available in my.gvl. Heirs will receive their payout notification by post. Single heirs can access it via the rights holders' or testators' account.

The detailed reports with the breakdown of your remuneration claims will also be available via my.gvl after two weeks at the latest.

The final distribution for the year 2023 will take place in autumn 2027. Please remember to submit your reports as soon as possible, and no later than December 31, 2026.
