Survey on GVL communications

What information from GVL is particularly important to you? Which channels do you use? And what would you like to see in GVL’s future communications?

We’ve put together a short survey to help us better understand which topics and formats are truly relevant to rights holders. Your feedback will help us to present information in a way that is even more relevant and easier to understand in future.

The survey consists of 11 questions and takes about 5 minutes to complete. Your answers will be analysed anonymously. You can take part until 30 June 2026.

Data protection notice

As part of this survey, we process your details for the purpose of conducting and evaluating the customer survey. GVL mbH is responsible for data processing.

Participation in the survey is voluntary. The legal basis for the processing is your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR or our legitimate interest in improving our services in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

We use SurveyMonkey as a service provider for the technical implementation. This may involve the processing of data in third countries. Appropriate data protection safeguards have been agreed with the provider.

Your data will be used exclusively for the evaluation of the survey and will not be passed on to unauthorised third parties. Unless there are statutory retention obligations, the data will be deleted once the evaluation has been completed.
