The best way to terminate your representation agreement is to send us an email stating your desire to cancel and including your contract number or GVL‑ID to performer.contracts@gvl.de. If you do not have either number to hand, please be sure to provide your date of birth. A signature is not required. After processing, you will receive a confirmation from us by email.

The contractual notice period is normally six months to the end of the year; when switching to a sister society, the period is shortened to three months to the end of the year. Please let us know if you are transferring to another collecting society.
