Performers’ distribution 2019 - final call!

In order for you to participate in the final distribution the productions to which you have contributed, must have been broadcast on the radio or on TV in 2019.

Performers holding the relevant rights may conclude an agreement with GVL online.  Provided that we have received a complete set of all documents prior to 15 January 2023 (digital receipt by e-mail or postmark), the agreement can be backdated to 2019. No additional costs will arise as a consequence.

Agreements that reach us after 15 January 2023, cannot be taken into account for the final distribution of the usage year 2019. Backdated remuneration will therefore expire after the registration deadline has lapsed. Agreements received after the deadline can only be entered into for distributions covering exploitation from 2020 onwards. 

Once you have entered into an agreement with us, we will send you your online portal access data for meine.gvl.de. In order to receive your remuneration for the exploitation of your recordings, you must select your productions on the online portal meine.gvl.de and add your contribution.

The registration deadline to submit details for the distribution year 2019 will be communicated in due course
