The COVID-19 robbed many freelance artists of the opportunity to be creatively active and to earn a living. By way of the scholarship programme in NEUSTART KULTUR, creatives were abble to tackle new projects. I am convinced that scholarships provided an important boost for the entire culture and creative sector.
