PERFORMER'S RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
GVL hereby declares that it reserves the right to use the repertoire of the performing artists it represents for text and data mining (TDM) purposes in accordance with Section 44b(3) of the German Copyright Act (UrhG). This reservation of use applies to all audio and audiovisual performances by performing artists in accordance with Section 73 UrhG.
The use of rights to the repertoire of the rights holders for TDM purposes is only permitted with the express consent of the rights holders. The reservation also applies to uses outside Germany in accordance with the respective national legal systems.
