Performers: Sign a rights administration agreement now!

To be eligible to take part in the final distribution, contributions in which registered artists have participated must have been broadcast on the radio or television in 2023.

Eligible performers can sign a contract with GVL online. If we receive your complete registration by 23 October 2026, the contract can still be concluded retrospectively from 2023. There are no costs involved.

Registrations received after 23 October 2026 cannot be guaranteed to be included in the final distribution for 2023. Any deferred remuneration will also lapse after the expiry of the registration deadline.

Upon signing the contract, rights holders will receive their login details for the online portal my.gvl.de. In order to receive remuneration for the use of recordings, productions must be selected on the online portal and supplemented with details of the individual’s own contribution.

The deadline for submissions for the 2023 distribution year is 31 December 2026.
