Performers: Sign a rights administration agreement now!

To be eligible for the final distribution, the productions in which the reported contributions were made must have been broadcast on radio or TV in 2022.

Eligible rights holders can conclude a contract with GVL online. If we receive your registration in full by 17 October 2025, the contract can still be concluded retroactively from 2022. There are no costs involved.

Registrations received after 17 October 2025 cannot be guaranteed to be included in the final distribution for 2022. Deferred remuneration will also expire after the expiry of the registration period.

Upon conclusion of the contract, rights holders will receive their access data for the online portal my.gvl.de. In order to receive remuneration for the use of recordings, productions must be selected in the online portal and supplemented with your own contribution.

The registration deadline for registrations for the 2022 distribution year is 31 December 2025.
