What are conflicts?

There are two types of conflicts: Third-party and in only rare circumstances conflicts with yourself (internal double claims). You can only have a third-party rights ownership conflict with other rights owners. Internal double claims arise, by contrast, with yourself.  They occur on the basis of different rights ownership details that you provided for a track (original recording), for example by registering several different sets of details on a track or ISRC within one upload or repertoire delivery. Please note that GVL requires precise track details i.e. data on specific original recordings and that details on releases are not used as a basis: As such, there are usually several releases of an identical original track.
