What documents do I have to provide as part of the registration process?

We require the following documents for processing:

  • GVL notification form for public performance ("Notification form for direct distribution of public performance sound recordings (TT)")
  • Proof of public performance of the sound recording ("Certificate of Public Performance")
  • Proof of rights ownership, if applicable
