Distribution 2013 launched: GVL pays out remuneration to producers and artists 19 December 2014

GVL launched the payout for distribution year 2013. The first artists were paid the remuneration calculated for them before Christmas. The payout of remuneration for sound recordings to producers already commenced at the beginning of December.

GVL pays artists remuneration for distribution year 2013 for the first time; further payments relating to the distribution years 2010 to 2012 are also being made. Monies for artists received from abroad are not included in the course of this payout. Such bank transfers shall take place separately - some of them were made as recently as at the beginning of December. Artists receive specially marked payout information on those payments separately entitled "GVL remuneration for usage of your rights abroad".

The distribution regulations as ratified by GVL's Board form the basis for the distribution to producers and artists for the relevant distribution years:
