Further corona support measures for planned for rightsholders

In addition to the "emergency relief", for which GVL will provide up to €4 million as part of its grants, other possibilities for short-term support, such as advance payments on future distributions, are also being firmed up. Rightsholders should be able to benefit from these measures as soon as possible.

GVL plans to take specific decisions in this regard together with its committees by the end of this week.
At the same time, GVL is working hard to ensure that the current distributions are paid out as quickly as possible. Thus, the ZPÜ back payments of a total of €5.1 million is to be distributed to the performers as early as mid-April of this year - €3.4 million of which will be for the film/television sector.
