GVL Assembly of Rights Holders 2021: Invitations are dispatched
The invitations contain personal registration details for the participation to the BV2021. Furthermore, there will be general information regarding the event and the agenda, explanations regarding the online registration and the participation in the digital voting process as well as tips regarding candidatures.
Our partners Link Market Services
Our partners, Link Market Services, are accompanying our Assembly of Rights Holders this year and support us during the process, including being senders of the e-mail invitations. They are experienced IT service providers and certified in carrying out Assemblies of Shareholders and Annual General Meetings. In the case of the virtual event as well as the online voting process, the provisions and regulations of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) will, of course, be adhered to. As such, the servers are located in Germany and the security of the connections is guaranteed.
An overview of the BV2021
The BV2021 will take place on 3 and 4 June - completely virtually, for the first time, on the special ElectionPortal (WahlPortal) meineBV2021.gvl.de. On the first day of the event, the Managing Directors of GVL will present their report to the rights holders. On the second day, rights holders of GVL are, in their respective group assemblies, going to elect their delegates who are going to represent their interests in the Assembly of Shareholders and Delegates in the next four years.
