Launch of the final distribution for the years 2010-2012

We regret the technical issues that prevented us from an earlier distribution in 2017. You can access detailed information regarding your payout as a download in the personal section “my data” in artsys.gvl in the next few days.

Please note:

• In cases where you do receive a payout, your payout information will be available for download in the artist portal artsys.gvl. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as current payout information is ready for you on artsys.gvl. Right holders for whom we do not hold an e-mail address, shall receive their payout information via the usual postal channels.
• Just like in previous years, you can also check your detailed reports relating to the years in question via artsys.gvl. In the coming weeks, we shall successively make the detailed reports available to you, in pdf as well as Excel formats, and in German and English respectively.

Increase of the available distributable amount

For the final distribution in relation to the years 2010 to 2012, the distribution volume increased especially due to the ZPÜ back payment in 2017. As a consequence, an average of 33 percent more money is available for payout across all sub-budgets for said three years. The increases vary depending on the sub-budget .
