Solidarity with Israel

The German Music Council and the Forum Musikwirtschaft join the appeal of the German Cultural Council for solidarity with the people in Israel and are appalled by the attacks on civilians. The terrorist attack by Hamas and the suffering it has brought upon the people are without words and a new, terrible wake-up call that anti-Semitism must also have no place in our society. We stand against anti-Semitically motivated hatred and our condolences are with the victims as well as their relatives who were deliberately targeted and ripped from life by terror. The German music industry stands by the side of Jews against any form of anti-Semitism.
