Dear beneficiaries,

Today the payout of the remuneration for the open budgets 2010 to 2014 starts.

As usual, you will find your GVL remuneration statements in your my.gvl account: Log in at my.gvl.de with your access data. Click on the "My Account" menu item (bottom left) and then on the "Payouts" tab.

Your detailed reports will be made available from the start under "Remuneration". Inheritors generally receive their remuneration statements by letter mail.

Please note:

Today, GVL is paying the remuneration in the subsequent distribution runs relating to usage years 2017 to 2019 to producers of sound recordings. Producers can access their individual distribution results with immediate effect in the portal label.gvl.

This notification deadline also applies for the so-called “open sub-budgets” for the years 2015 and 2016.  For the radio own productions (spoken word) the deadline is scheduled to be 31/05/2021.

The State Ministry for Culture and the Media (BKM) confirmed to GVL as early as last year in consultation with the Federal Ministry of Economics that: Remuneration by collective management organisations/music licensing companies which are usually collected for previous years and are paid out now, have no impact on the extraordinary economic support measures granted by the Federal Government. 

Individual distribution results will be shown on the label.gvl portal with immediate effect.

Event organisers can access individual distribution results with immediate effect on our portal meine.gvl.

In addition to the unallocated revenues, GVL also distributes a private copying levy (ZPÜ) back payment for 2016, which we received earlier this year.

The current payouts by CMOs/MLCs relating to past performance periods are not taken into account when calculating turnover under the support programmes.
