To be eligible for the final distribution, the productions in which you have participated must have been broadcast on radio or TV in 2017 to 2018.
As announced, the GVL forwards royalties from abroad to its rights holders this quarter.
In this distribution round, royalties will be paid out from France, the Netherlands, Austria and Great Britain, among others. In total, the GVL will pay more than 4 million Euros to its artists and producers. The basis for this payout is the repertoire and participation reports on the GVL's online portals.
The recently concluded representation agreement for audiovisual productions with the Swiss SWISSPERFORM also leads to distributions to actors and dubbing actors for the first time.
As usual, you can find your payment notifications (AZM) in your my.gvl account: Log in at mygvl.de with your access data. Click on "My Account" in the menu under "Service", then on "Payouts". Under "Remuneration" your detailed report will be filed accordingly in the next two weeks. In principle, heirs will receive their payout notification by post.
Producers can check out your individual distribution results and payout notifications and statements on label.gvl.
With this follow-up, revenues are distributed that could now be directly allocated through the subsequent resolution of rights ownership conflicts at the time of the final distribution of sound recordings 2016 in December 2020.
We have instructed the bank to transfer the yielded distribution revenues. Producers participating in this distribution can now find the corresponding payout notifications at label.gvl.
EUR 5.56m are available for this payout run. The money originates, among others, from Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium and Austria. Contribution notifications submitted to meine.gvl are the basis for this payout.
GVL has also been able to establish a continuous distribution rhythm in terms of passing on international revenues.
The payouts will be made to rights holders whose productions have been used in the corresponding years and who had notified GVL of their contributions.
In this additional payout run for the usage years up to 2014, back payments from the private copying sector (ZPÜ monies) will be distributed for previous usage years and for dissolved reserves which were not used for other distributions that have been completed in the meantime.
For this special distribution, there will not be any detailed statements, since the broadcast minutes of the respective distribution years were used as a basis for the calculation of the distributable amounts.

Today the payout of the remuneration for the open budgets 2010 to 2014 starts.
As usual, you will find your GVL remuneration statements in your my.gvl account: Log in at my.gvl.de with your access data. Click on the "My Account" menu item (bottom left) and then on the "Payouts" tab.
Your detailed reports will be made available from the start under "Remuneration". Inheritors generally receive their remuneration statements by letter mail.

Today, GVL is paying the remuneration in the subsequent distribution runs relating to usage years 2017 to 2019 to producers of sound recordings. Producers can access their individual distribution results with immediate effect in the portal label.gvl.
