Dr. Tilo Gerlach
Dr. Tilo Gerlach began his career as an in-house counsel at GVL in 1996. He has been Managing Director since 2001.
A doctor of law, he is also involved in the international collaboration for the rights of creators as President of AEPO-ARTIS (European umbrella organisation of the collective management organisations for performers) and board member of SCAPR (International umbrella organisation of the collective management organisations for performers).
Born in Berlin, he is also a lecturer at the Humboldt University Berlin and created numerous publications on copyright and on the rights of performers.
