What are the deadlines for complaints?

Unfortunately, not all participation notifications submitted can be processed and taken into account until the initial and subsequent distributions. The entire budget available for the distribution year will only be distributed to all beneficiaries in accordance with the individual uses at the final distribution. If you have reason to make a complaint after a final distribution, we also ask you to follow these instructions.

The period for a justified complaint begins with the receipt of the payment notification or the detailed report in which you can track the corresponding usages. After 4 working days, we assume that you have seen this information in the GVL beneficiary portal or after received it via mail. From this day on, an objection period of 4 weeks begins (even if your receipts may show an earlier date).
