In June 2025, GVL invites its rights holders to two important dates: the virtual group assemblies to elect delegates and a live event in Berlin.
Elections are held in GVL's 15 rights holder groups. An overview of all groups can be found on this page.
Important! Please allow a few business days for transferring a power of attorney to another eligible participant. Powers of attorney must be transferred within the registration period.
You can express your interest in a candidacy even before the invitation is sent in April by emailing kandidatur@gvl.de. However, applications will only be processed and reviewed after the invitation has been sent.
Note: The exact time slots for the elections will be announced as part of the invitation/convening of the group meetings.

Note! The delegate elections will take place exclusively as part of the virtual group meetings from June 2-6, 2025.
