GVL has started to process its regular artists’ distributions for 2013 to 2015

With immediate effect, GVL is paying out remuneration in the course of the regulard distributions for 2013 to 2015 to all right holders who have verified contributions for used repertoire for said distribution years.

In the coming days, you will find your individual usage information in the form of detailed reports for the respective years on www.artsys.gvl.de in the section “my account” under the tab “remuneration”. Under the tab “payouts” you can check on your personal payout information. 

Please note: You will only receive payouts and payout information in cases where your remuneration entitlements exceed a total of EUR 5.00.

Remuneration which right holders have received via the initial and subsequent distributions, are always provisional sub-totals until the registration period has expired and until it is definitive how many artists have altogether registered their claims for remuneration arising in the distribution year.

Contribution registrations for repertoire which has been used in 2013 are currently still possible. The registration window for distribution year 2013 is likely to end on 15 August 2018, the final distribution for all remuneration for 2013 is planned for December 2018. 

You can register claims for years 2014 and 2015 until the mid-2019, respectively mid-2020. The registration window for contributions of productions used in 2016 shall end mid-2021. We are going to inform you extensively with regards to the specific registration deadlines in the run-up.
