Gerhard Szperalski left the GVL Board with effect from 31 December 2012. Szperalski had been a Board member since 1993. He last participated in a Board meeting on 20 November 2012 and was already given his farewell by his fellow Board members then.
GVL has obtained a temporary injunction under competition law regulations against the Canadian web radio provider Sonixcast from the Regional Court Hamburg.
