Performers: Sign a rights administration agreement now!

To be eligible for the final distribution, the productions in which you have participated must have been broadcast on the radio or on TV in 2021.

Performers may enter into a rights administration agreement with GVL online. Provided that GVL has received your complete registration until 25 October 2024, the contractual conclusion can be backdated to 2021. Concluding a contract with GVL is free of charge.

Registrations received after 25 October 2024 can no longer be guaranteed to be considered for the final distribution in 2021. Deferred payments will also be forfeited upon expiry of the claiming period.

Access details for my.gvl will be sent to you upon conclusion of your rights administration agreement. To receive remuneration for the use of your recordings, you must select your productions in the online portal my.gvl.de and add the participation.

GVL claiming deadline for the distribution year 2021 is 31 December 2024.
