It is GVL’s core business to turn our collections into payouts to our rights holders. Christoph Gruschwitz and his team in the Finance Division are the experts in this process for everything that has anything to do with money. The division does not only ensure that licence fees actually reach GVL but also that the remuneration is then paid out to the accounts of our rights holders. Classical functions in the finance sector such as controlling, accounting and treasury are also part of the area of responsibility of Christoph Gruschwitz.
Before he entered his new role at GVL, Christoph Gruschwitz looked after the basket ball division of the FC Bayern and held various senior positions in finance, e.g. at the Axel Springer SE publishing house and Ernst & Young.
