GVL rights holders' meeting 2025: 22 delegates elected

Online-Wahlen auf dem BV2025-Portal 

Im Rahmen der Online-Wahlen wählten die Berechtigten ihre 22 Delegierten sowie deren Ersatzdelegierten für die kommende Amtszeit. Sie vertreten die Interessen der über 180.000 GVL-Berechtigten in der GuDV, der Gesellschafter- und Delegiertenversammlung.

Internal event: GVL closed all day on 24 September

Due to an internal training event, GVL will be closed all day on Wednesday, 24 September.

We will be available again as usual from Thursday, 25 September.

GVL live at the Reeperbahn Festival 2025

From 17 to 20 September, the Reeperbahn Festival in Hamburg once again opened its doors with a diverse mix of live acts and a high-calibre conference programme. GVL was also on site with a team this year and took the opportunity to engage in dialogue with performers, labels and industry participants.

Our financial year at a glance

2024 was a successful financial year for GVL: revenues rose to €257.9 million, benefiting over 180,000 performers and labels. In addition to stable Collections, we made noticeable progress in service quality, digitalisation and data processing.

GVL forwards international funds

This time, a total of approximately €3.3 million will be distributed. The funds for eligible artists come from France, the United Kingdom and Belgium, among other countries. For the first time, musicians will also receive remuneration from Kazakhstan.

On the producers' side, funds are coming from the United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark and Belgium, among other countries. These include revenues from the MTV broadcasting group.

Updated distribution plans published
